I'm always doing squats to either pick something up, do something, search for something. Up and down the stairs. To the basement or to the second floor for something, with something, forgot something, etc. Walking the dogs, walking a parking lot to use up extra time when I'm early for an appointment, to get something at a nearby store, to mail a letter at the postoffice, gardening, to visit someone or meet them somewhere.

Overhead presses with the laundry basket as I go up the stairs.
Wow I feel lucky my husband gets uniform service paid for my the company. I would think Cops would for darn sure!
I mop my floor that way too or on hands and knees. We share that with Jamie Lee Curtis, she does the same thing for added exercise and she is proof on how exercise can make one look fantastic. I mop and dry my floors that way. I use the swimmer shoes for it, they are rubber and helps keep the towel from sliding out from under your feet as well. After all dishes are done I will do counter push ups. I have done them waiting for my waffles to pop up too. Thanks for the reminder I have slacked on all except the floors lately, I will start back today with the rest. Great post! :)

With two cops in the family, I'm always ironing uniforms. Between each shirt, pants, I do 12 squats. Today I did 120 squats effortlessly.
When mopping my tile floors, I'll put dry towels under my feet and speed skate through the house to dry the floors.
If I'm stuck at the stove, I'll do calf lifts or standing outer thigh lifts.
