No thanks. I like my colon unperforated. It will not help you lose weight (other than temporary fluid/fecal matter), nor is it going to "cleanse" your body of anything. The colon is already doing what it's supposed to. Unless you are receiving a colonic as a part of an approved medical procedure in a medical situation, you should avoid them like the plague.

Personally? Anything that purports to help you lose weight by blowing things out of your backside is not something I'm interested in.

Talk to your doctor. I've never had one but have heard that they are unnecessary.
