Thank You for the link to the recipe I will try it
,I`m pretty sure the one I had (I never had the recipe,only tasted the slaw) was a lot more work as it was at a funeral dinner and made by a little old church lady. But I an happy to try one that sounds super easy and should taste very similar.

sounds like a very interesting combination of flavors!
My fave slaw is the so-called Asian version but I recently saw a recipe that called for butter in it. Ewwwwwwwww!

I am looking for a recipe for a coleslaw I had a few years ago. It was tangy and sweet, but had apples and pineapple in too, besides the cabbage, carrots and celery. I think it did have mayo, but not alot.
