Thank-you for all the great ideas! It's true, the artificial sweetener does something awful to my delicate tummy~ so I chose not to use sugar-free products. I've tried the coffee without cream and it still hurts my tummy. I love tea. I'll definitely check into trying that first thing tomorrow.

It's likely not the caffeine that's giving problems, coffee is very acidic. Acidic foods/drinks for someone with IBS are not a great idea.
Also artificial sweeteners can aggravate IBS so if you're using a sugar free creamer or something like splenda, that could be the problem too.
I love coffee. I love the taste of it and I love the energy it gives me, but it makes me sick. I get horrible stomach problems sometimes for the rest of the day. I have IBS. Does anyone know of any alternative that will give me the zip and something warm and comforting?
