I prefer to stay away from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives so I use raw whipping cream in my coffee. It is so good, I think I drink coffee just so I can have that creamy goodness!

Sometimes I'll even put half a vanilla bean scrapings in my coffee for a special treat!

ETA : IMO sugar ruins coffee, I've never taken my coffee with sugar since I started drinking it at 14.

use to drink my coffee with powder creamer or the international delight stuff but seeing as it still has dairy in it no longer a option so have switched to silk creamer (though still trying to find something better and cheaper - that isn't coconut or almond based).

I buy Coffee Mate or International Delight...regular. I like the Almond Joy and White Chocolate Macadamia. Don't care about the chemicals. I only have 1 large cup f Joe per day, and I want to enjoy it.

Usually whole milk, though if I'm at the store and happen to grab the skim or low-fat carafe instead I'm not picky.

If I'm at home and there's no milk in the house (common when the in-laws aren't around), then I'll settle for whatever plant-based milk we have.

I mostly use 1% milk in my coffee, If I use creamer I prefer Coffeemate Orginal Liquid as the ingredients are exactly the same as some soymilks and can be less expensive if on sale.

I usually use soy milk at home, but if I get coffee at a gas station I do like the little packets of flavored creamers that they have.

I buy organic half and half. I used to get the low fat kind, but it's full of junk. I have 1 coffee every day, and I only use about 1-2 tsp creamer, so a small container lasts me a month.

The one thing I tried to change but couldn't was using half and half. I tried lower fat versions, diet, etc but didn't like them so I just count the calories every day and look at it as my little splurge.

I used the itnernational delight creamers, too, but I also will use the Coffeemate Bliss- They are the "real deal" as far as ingredients go.

A friend of mine uses sweetened condensed milk in her coffee. I have no idea how the calories stack up, though.

When I use coffee creamer, which isn't all that often, I use full fat whipping cream or canned coconut milk and either xylitol or coconut sugar for a sweetener.

I use the chemically laden creamers everyday. emoticon
I like International Delight Peppermint Mocha (Limited Edition) and International Delight York Peppermint Patty flavors. I get the vanilla flavor once in a while, but the peppermint ones seem to wake up me. It's my daily treat to myself.

All of the International Delight creamers are full of chemicals. Personally, I lie the taste of regular coffee without fake flavoring. I usually just put 2 tablespoons of half and half in my coffee. It's only 40 calories and provides some fat.

What does everyone use for coffee creamer? I love the french vanilla and used to use the sugar free or fat free ones but I know they have a lot of chemicals in them. I only drink one to two cups a day.
