Scallops Gratin

Serves 2

1 pound scallops
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 real parm
1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs butter melted

Turn oven to broil. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a small glass dish. Dry scallops, season with pepper, nutmeg, and garlic. Place scallops into dish top with cream then sprinkle cheese across top.

Broil about 7 to 10 minutes.

This is the ONLY way I eat my seafood. This recipe can be used for fish , shrimp, scallops etc etc

SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

1 pound seafood
2/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley

Place seafood in baking dish that you have sprayed with Butter Pam.

Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, and sprinkle over seafood.

Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until seafood is opaque and topping is golden.

YUM and so easy !!

Found some on Spark recipes for each but thought I'd ask for everyone's favorities for any of these seafood items.
