No, I'm to frugal to waste money on that for me. When I joined Sparks over five years ago, the site was open to what diet worked for each person, but now it is about selling videos, books, etc. which is okay, if that is what a person wants. I don't want it as there is LOTS of information on how to get the fat off and keep it off.
I've learned so much from reading Richard Bernstein MD's "The Diabetes Diet". I don't have Diabetes but I do have Insulin Resistance and I know I have to have a low carb diet. He has great lectures on YouTube. Also, Richard Johnson MD has great talks on YouTube on "The Sugar Fix."

Do any of you pay for a SparkCoach?
