Unfortunately there isn't a way to come up with a reasonable expectation for inches lost. Everyone loses weight and inches differently and inches are much more difficult to come up with an estimate as there are so many variables that go into that. Just do your best to create and maintain healthy habits (eating proper nutrients and calories, along with a combination of cardio and strength training) and you will lose both pounds and inches.
Hi, I want to break away from the scale and I know usually 1lb is a reasonable amount of weight to lose each week but what is a reasonable amount of inches to expect lose in about 2 weeks or a month? Thank you!
