I checked on this and have updated it to 2 Tbsp of oil.

Thanks!

This recipe is in the oven as I type this, but I believe there's a bit of an error. It calls for 1/4 c of olive oil, but 1/10th of recipe (which is a serving) does not equal 19 calories. Because 1/4 c equals 477.4 calories, one serving (1/10) would be 47.74 calories. I assumed 1/4 c of oil might have been too much, so I used 1/8 c, or 2 T.
Can anyone confirm this for me?
Thanks.
