Congratulations on getting 10 minutes of exercise! You have to start somewhere. Also congratulations on giving up soda. It's a good thing to start slowly with goals so you don't feel overwhelmed. Good luck in developing healthy eating habits. Do you like to try new recipes? There are lots on Spark. As for smoking, all these health habits may entice you to give that up one of these days too.

Congratulations on quitting drinking soda three weeks ago -- that's quite an accomplishment and will do wonders for your nutritional goals going forward. I think one of the best things is to pick one small task and work on that, rather than deciding to change everything all at once. The small, manageable tasks really add up over time (like on the fast track).
Spend some time exploring the website and join some sparkteams -- I've found my involvement with the people on the website to be very helpful and motivating.

So I need to lose weight, mostly belly fat. I am way out of shape, I ran/walked for 10 minutes this morning and I thought I was going to die. I have a hard time eating right because I am picky. Seriously, I eat like a 5 year old. There are very few vegetables I will eat and they have to be cooked (green beans, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, corn..that's about it). I am clumsy (as the title of this post states - I have been known to bounce down the hallway like a pinball) so on the bright side, I didn't fall down while running today. :)
More bad news: I'm a smoker. Not quite a pack a day.
The good news is I quit drinking soda three weeks ago. I used to drink Dr Pepper ALL day. That's literally all I drank. Now all I drink is water and unsweetened tea. So that mountain is conquered. Praise the Lord :)
