For the past couple of months that I have been using Sparkpeople, I have won numerous trophies and I am at level 5 now. I track my food and my fitness. I do a lot of workouts from Youtube videos but it's hard to track it onto fitness so I try to compare it to either aerobics or other fitness videos that are similiar to the video I was exercising to. However, I also have a job where I do house cleaning with my mom. I have realized that I clean more than I workout and that is because I had a tough semester where I was only able to workout once a week. I want to change that. Even though I have a break off for 4 weeks (WHOO-HOO!!!) I want to follow my workout goals (15-30 minutes 3-4 x's week) and I think I;'m going to try Sparkpeople's fitness videos that way it would be easier to track my fitness.
