Hi! While I don't have a back injury I have had TKR on both knees and a shoulder rebuild and had to start by walking around my kitchen island. It IS possible. Just do what you can and always strive to push a little more the next time!

Best of Luck!

How hard is this? My feet swell every time they hit the floor! I can't bend down very well, I have thyroid issues and am approaching menopause... My best friend is a yoga instructor and fortunately for me, she's the one who introduced me to this site. I don't eat because I want to, i went through a "poor me" phase where I would get icecream and crawl into bed. I lack motivation, and aside from qi gong, and maybe tai chi, my exercise consists of walking around shopping when I have to. Any advice on exercise with a back injury and RSD is greatly appreciated!
