I've mentioned this on another post, but thought this forum would be good, too. My cholesterol has gone from 213 to 162! I owe this success to Sparkpeople for inspiring me to seek fitness and nutrition heights that I never thought I could achieve. Considering that I have only been committed since May 2011, this cholesterol number is pretty spectacular.
