What a great idea? I am first week into this and no weight loss but I am tracking everything and I am staying within my goal range. Do you have any good advice for newbie?

I go straight to the source: About a tablespoon of cocoa powder and a tablespoon of sugar (you can do less/adjust ratios depending on your taste), mix with water and microwave. Drizzle over fresh or frozen fruit. Very chocolatey and not too horrible calorie wise (you really don't need much). I've also done the same with a set amount of semi-sweet choc chips. Take however many you're comfortable with calorie-wise (doesn't have to be many), melt and drizzle.

Find yourself some nice low fat vanilla ice cream and put about 2 scoops in a mug. Then you get some Dark Chocolate Almond or Coconut milk and put about a cup in untill it almost covers the ice cream...then put it in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes or longer if you want it frozen more.....instant choc. milk shake thats not killing your calories. emoticon

Popcorn is one of the healthiest foods anyone can eat.

No Microwave popcorn, get the kernels and pop yourself. Air popper at Walmart $19.99

Drizzle the popcorn with dark chocolate. Microwave dark chocolate chips and pour it over the popcorn...dark cocoa is healthy.

Hpw about a cup of hot chocolate.

Take a box of sugar free chocolate cake mix and add 1 can of cherry pie filling and 1/4 cup of water. Mix and bake in 9x13 pan until done. You can use the sugar free or lite pie filling. Freeze some so that you do not eat the whole thing.

Another good cake is an angel food box cake and just add a large can of crushed pineapple to it and mix and bake as directed on box.

For a little treat, mix together a box of sugar free cake mix and a box of angel food cake mix in a large ziplock bag. When you need a little cake, mix 3 Tablespoons of mix, 2 Tablespoons of water together and put in a mug. Microwave for 1 minute. You may add a few nuts to the cup of mix if desired. Very good for a fast treat to satisfy a craving.

I like to make microwave mug brownies. It is an individual size and you can customize it just for your liking. this is my recipe, but tweak the proportions to your taste buds. It does not have any eggs, so you only have to cook it till it is the consistnecy you like. i love gooeiness, so I really just eat warm batter!

3 Tbl flour - i use oat flour
2 tbl cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbl sugar
3 tbl milk - i use almond milk.

Stir all up and microwave anywhere from 20 seconds (my preference) to 1 min 15 seconds (my husbands!)

You could use regular milk, too, btw...
