I have seasoned them and baked them in the oven like you would healthier chicken wings. A great treat without all the skin that are on the wings.

I have a George Foreman grill. I season them and cook up the whole bag. I use them in absolutely everything! I have also use some panko and oven 'fried' them (no oil, just pan spray). There are a million things you can do with them! Fajitas Stir Fry Definitely no boundaries on chicken!
I love them in the crock pot with 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cheddar cheese soup cook till done ! Make mash potatoes and use the soup for gravy save the rest for gravy another time !

I buy skinless Chicken Breast in frozen bags to use for everything. Grill for snacks, add sauces or veggies and make casseroles quickly, cut up on green salads or just for dipping.
