not silly at all. there are a lot of variations in what is used to label foods these days. who'd a thunk that people would drink "plum juice" when they wouldn't drink "prune juice" some clever marketer figured that out. prunes bad...dried plums good. LOL

they are simply the most tender part of the chicken breast. you can use them wherever you would use a breast. just enter chicken breast into the search box at spark recipes and a lot of recipes will pop up.
if you poach them or lightly saute them, you can toss them into a salad, make chicken salad, or slice thinly for sandwiches. you can pound them flat and use in any recipe that calls for veal scallopini. you can chunk then and use in stir fry.

While at the store, I picked up some chicken tenderloins....not thinking that I have no idea what to do with it. I'm trying to advance my skills in cooking meat. I've looked for recipes without much luck.

Any suggestions? I'd be quite appreciative! (I've got 1.81lb of it)
