I put Dales sauce, season all, and meat tenderizer in a bowl, I take the chicken breast (boneless, skinless) and cut it into strips, it cooks up way faster than the giant breasts as a whole. I poke holes in the chicken with a fork and let it sit in the sauce for a while, the longer the better, but 15mins works also. I cook it on the George Foreman and it tastes a lot like the grilled chicken strips you get from Cracker Barrel. Yummy!
