Where do you guys/gals buy them? There is a local health food store in my town that i found mine at, can't seem to find it in any major grocery store. I also know a lot of people order online, if you are someone who does that - what brand do you go with?

I sprinkle a pinch in my2 TBSP peanut butter and dip apples slices into it. 1 tsp in my greek yogurt that I also add honey, and homemade baked granola to. or 1 tsp in my oatmeal. I don't soak them first. They usually soak up any liquid in the yogurt or oatmeal and I figure they can soak up any liquid in my stomach. I mainly need this for the fiber in them.
I add them to smoothies, oatmeal, and have made a "pudding" out of them; I also put about a tablespoon in my bottle of water that I took to the gym yesterday. It was a little odd feeling when I drank the water, but it was a good way to get more into my diet. Personally, I don't think they add much to the flavor of things, so you could probably add them to just about anything - breads, muffins, meatloaf/meatballs, etc.
I was reading about them the other day and the article said that there are many vaireties, but to go for the Salba variety. It also said that generally they need to be soaked because they swell in moisture ("blocked gut") I buy bread and crackers with them in and really love them.
