They're pricey, but I use only 1 tsp at a time! This morning, I spread peanut butter and honey on a small whole wheat tortilla, and sprinkled chia seeds on top. yum!

so far, I usually just add them to my yogurt, but I have lots of recipes to try, as soon as I get the opportunity.

I like them too. :) I add a tablespoon of chia seeds to my morning pre-run smoothie. Usually it's something like

- 1 frozen banana (chunks)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen diced mango
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of skim or 1% milk
- honey, to taste
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds

... and I usually split that with my boyfriend.

Chia seeds are packed with omega-3, fiber, healthy fat, protein... I have a couple of chia seed recipes on my blog and the spark recipes. Have you tried Chia Seeds? Do you have a recipe for them? Please share!
