Are you able to get Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements. They are a huge fishing nation and come the Southern Pacific Ocean a lot so they would be getting plenty of cold, deep-water fish.

As with all supplements, check with your Doctor or Pharmacist that they are compatible with your health and medications, before taking them, because there can be contra-indications.

Sadly not in Japan :( I think they treat hemp as if it were marijuana, and they're notoriously strict about weed out here D:

sounds like they just don't agree with you! Can you get your hands on hemp seeds/hemp hearts? Same great omega's.... maybe even better than chia.

eat food. not too much. mostly plants.

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)

I recently started using chia seeds, adding 1 1/2 teaspoos to some refrigerator oatmeal for breakfast. The thing is I'm so sleepy since I started using them I can barely function. I'm finding a lot of conclifting info about it . Some places say they give you lots of energy, others say they're high in tryptophan and are great sleep aids. I really need the omega 3s since I'm not a fish eater, and since flaxseed isn't available in Japan, but if they're going to affect my ability to function I'm really going to just have to go without.
