I joined SparkPeople and started watching my diet and exercising more about two weeks ago. Technically, I'm not supposed to weigh-in again until Tuesday, but I was feeling good today and hopped on the scale and it says I've lost two pounds! And, I looked in the mirror earlier today and felt like my face is getting thinner! Look! Cheekbones! Whoohoo! So, good day.
