So.

I'm a life-long food addict. Now in recovery, I finally bought a scale and weight myself. Wow. I'm fat. :)

I've been focusing on moving for the last few years, now it's time to try to bring the food back into focus for me. I have never, ever, tried a weight management program since entering recovery.

I have fitness goals, running a 5k, but more importantly I have travel goals that involve a lot of physical activity. Hopefully this will be type of community I can get into! Looking to connect with people! Have a fantastic day!

Goal: Run my first 5K May 4, 2014!
