I have been on a plateau, but it has definitely worked for me in the past. I am down to the lowest weight of my adult life. I'm only wanting to lose some vanity pounds right now. Sparkpeople is awesome and it changed my life!

Is it wrong to fight time, to turn it back or push it forward? Time was never mine.

Yes I agree because since I started tracking - I have been loosing between 1.5 to 2 pounds a week on an average - my wife who does not weigh her food has only dropped about 5 pounds
- this tracking business has helped me from over eating - and made me much more aware of what I am eating.
