I have been on a plateau, but it has definitely worked for me in the past. I am down to the lowest weight of my adult life. I'm only wanting to lose some vanity pounds right now. Sparkpeople is awesome and it changed my life!
Yes I agree because since I started tracking - I have been loosing between 1.5 to 2 pounds a week on an average - my wife who does not weigh her food has only dropped about 5 pounds - this tracking business has helped me from over eating - and made me much more aware of what I am eating.
