I have been on a plateau, but it has definitely worked for me in the past. I am down to the lowest weight of my adult life. I'm only wanting to lose some vanity pounds right now. Sparkpeople is awesome and it changed my life!
Is it wrong to fight time, to turn it back or push it forward? Time was never mine.

Yes I agree because since I started tracking - I have been loosing between 1.5 to 2 pounds a week on an average - my wife who does not weigh her food has only dropped about 5 pounds - this tracking business has helped me from over eating - and made me much more aware of what I am eating.
Study on Sparkpeople found that those who entered their weight into the site at least four times per month lost an average of 11 pounds per month more than those that didn’t, and those who made at least one post on the site’s forum during the time they used the site lost over three pounds more than those that didn’t.
