That's right! I'm a tiny .6 pounds away from my goal of 160lbs. Of course, this doesn't mean I'm going back to my old ways EVER. LOL This is not a diet, this is all about healthy choices. What it does mean is cutting back on my daily cardio and instead focusing more on strength training (which I generally enjoy more). Once I've lost that extra half pound I'm saying bye bye running - I don't enjoy running! ;) But yeah! yay me! Started in January and am down 27.4 pounds all through healthy eating and daily exercise. I'm feeling great!
