cup of frozen berries, 3/4 cup skim milk, scoop vanilla whey protein powder. blend and enjoy!

add 1/2 banana and a little peanut butter now and then but they add a lot of calories.

I love frozen fruit with vanilla almond milk. It makes a great smoothie or something similar to soft serve ice cream!

cottage cheese is a really cheap protein to add. Just thin out with some milk and fruit like banana's are usually pretty cheap.

Does anyone have a cheap (inexpensive) smoothie recipe that they want to share? I'm dieting on a budget and, unfortunately everything that seems healthy is so darned expensive.
