Hi, I'm just starting to try and get my life on track again. My husband has decided that he needs to make some changes for himself and his future because he looks at the genetics of his family and he worries. I am taking this on with him.
I am trying to find ways to get a few minutes of exercise in while at work, and trying to find a way to find energy to keep going when I get home from work.
To lose weight alone is an uphill battle, to lose weight with friends and having fun is walking downhill. Let's go downhill together!
