There's not a way to change it. We use the Harris-Benedict formula to estimate your BMR, which is pretty standard. What method have you used to determine that yours is much different?

Hey guys! Does anyone know how to change the BMR that's set into SparkPeople. When I go into check my calorie differential, my BMR is set WAY to high. I need to change it but I'm not sure how. PLEASE HELP! :) Thanks! emoticon
