These are simply just suggestions as to what to eat. None of that is mandatory. If you choose to eat some of these items just click the box next to them and they will be added to your tracker or you can opt out of some or all of them and fill it what you ate where it says "what did you eat" Hope that helps

Sounds like you have the menu planner on. you can turn it off and then just track what you eat. But yes, you can remove and substitute the meal plans as well.

Under Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are these default meals which I do not eat. Can I change these to what I eat and how do I do this?
