That's great news! I went to my doctor's last week and my A1C was 5.0. She considers me to longer have diabetes and took me off the medication.

Keep up the good work; it does pay off in the end. emoticon

I LOVE reading about all the positive changes and success people are having with weight loss and exercise, but I have to tell you though the ones I LOVE the best are when people become healthier and are able to adjust or get rid of the medications!

SO excited for you on this wonderful accomplishment! Keep up the great work, I'll be looking forward to reading about your next medication adjustment!!
