I agree about the cardio and strength training , it could be more user friendly ...
If I want to skip a strength training day it won't let me enter that without having to completely change the whole weeks format . Sort of frustrating .
I would love it if that were streamlined

i eat a lot of organic foods and i see that the magnesium tip talks about organic foods having way more magnesium, but i dont see an "organic" option when i type in many of my foods. it would be nice if that magnesium difference were notable in the food tracker.

It kinda drives me crazy when I put in a certain food item, and about a hundred other things pop up that don't even have what I entered. Just venting.

I could not find this specifically on the site, so I am going to suggest it now. Appologies if I just missed it.

Now that I have cut the garbage food out of my life and am eating fresh non processed foods as much as I can, I am having alot of difficulties eating enough of all my requirements each day. I find I am far out on either carb, fat or protein also.

It would be great if there was a {recomendation snack} button where it would figure out what would be some good topper up foods and quantities. That way just staring into the cupboard or fridge would be kept to a minimal, and the bad choices not come into play.

Just a thought.

Why are the menu options reduced? There use to be so many more selections to put together great meals but now it is way too limited. What happened?

I keep looking for the Great Job emotion but haven't found it. For me that would be what I would use.
I like that the important information for me I can see at a quick glance. It is so well organized it helps me keep my own life more organized.

I would love to be able to rename food items so they are easier for me to find in the listings. A search function for favorites would also be great, especially on the blackberry app.

I agree with the check lists suggestion.

Also, a little confusing to me as to how to set up cardio minutes and calories goals.

AWESOME site!!

Hi guys! SP has been making lots of great changes and adjustments. If I might make 2 suggestions that would be really helpful (and practical).

1. Set up check boxes to delete foods from our favorites list in the Nutrition Tracker. I'd really love to clean some things out, but it's a hassle to do each food one by one. I would love to be able to check items and then delete all checked in the same way I can delete multiple foods from my tracker.

2. Set up a way to copy a meal from another user. I can copy a meal from one day to another within my own tracker, but if I share a meal with other Spark people, it would be very helpful for only one of us to have to enter it.

This is an amazing site and I really do appreciate all you do. Thanks for the help!
