Today as I did my Spark Coach session, I decided my fast break goals could be a little more changeling for me. So I picked a few of the harder ones for me. I figure I have just do one day at a time. The hardest two for me .. I picked to challenge my self . 1. No mindless eating at night.
2. Getting up without hitting the snooze button.
