Inspiration. Perspiration. Perseverance. Accept everything about myself- I mean everything, you are you and that is the beginning and the end - no apologies, no regrets.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it."

Way to use your Fast Break goals to get you into new habits!

Today as I did my Spark Coach session, I decided my fast break goals could be a little more changeling for me. So I picked a few of the harder ones for me. I figure I have just do one day at a time.
The hardest two for me .. I picked to challenge my self .
1. No mindless eating at night.

2. Getting up without hitting the snooze button.

Have a great week emoticon . I will let you know how my personal challenge goes.

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.
