It's amazing how much better you feel when you make better choices, isn't it? It sounds like you're making healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Just remember that a little bit of junk food won't derail you, lest you become caught up in the "I was bad" thought pattern when the time comes and you have a little.

I got rid of All the Junk Food, started eating more Fruits and Vegetables. I make a fruit smoothie in the mornings with fruits I like and its really good. I don't limit myself when it comes to other foods I just eat portion sizes and the best way to control portions is to use a small plate for each meal and I also make sure I keep water in my system throughout the day.
