I think you probably saw that info when you were part of SparkCoach, which is why you can't find it now. The stages are part of SparkCoach, and you can restart that program if you'd like whenever you're ready.

I cannot find it now (it was on the start page) but a few weeks ago I received an email to say I had been moved to stage 2 and all the articles etc on my start page helped with stage 2 now they are on stage one. If it doesn't exist now I cannot show you. It was just really confusing because I really liked the stage process. It showed portion sizes and different things without me having to 'search' for them. I don't know how to take a 'screen shot' to show you. I will just plod on and will have to search for relevant articles I was just easier the other way but never mind. lol If I pay for SparkCoach will I get the stages back and the start page will show relevant things for the stage I am on? If so I will join when I get pain on the 15th. Thanks for all your help.

Can you tell me where it's showing you're in Stage 1? Is it on your Start page or somewhere else?

If the stages are only for SparkCoach then why have I had them for the last 2 months? I don't understand how one day I can be in stage 2 and the next there are 'no' stages. It doesn't make sense. I tried SparkCoach but have not subscribed but was still in stage 2 and all the information I was receiving was related to stage 2. Please explain this to me as I am really confused now. Thanks

The "stages" are only part of the SparkCoach program. Is that what you're referring to, or something on the main site?

I have been using SP for 2 months now. However, I 'reset' everything which in turn put me back to stage 1. How do I go to stage 2 without waiting 2 weeks? Thanks
