Hi! My name is Becky and I am 30, and at my last doctors appointment I discovered I gained about 15 pounds in about 4 months despite not drinking soda for 3 months. Nothing else changed and my job doesn't allow much time to move. I decided if I was still drinking soda it probably would be a lot more than 15 pounds. I also suffer from mild depression and I am getting no where good the way I am going. So here I am going to start and add more healthy changes to my life.
