Add nutrient info on the Nutrition Tracker. Right above the Breakfast section "Add Food" there's a tab for adding nutrients. At the bottom of the list already there, click "Add Another Nutrient..." and you can select from the nutrients list. Hope that helps!

Look under "My Goals and Progress." There's a goal for weight loss, that lists your total pounds lost. Click "change goal" under that.

I see where to change it but is there an option to plug in my weight loss goals to see if it needs recomputed as I did when I started with the site?

If you head over to your start page, there are links on the left to update your goals as needed. :)

I've gotten closer to my goal weight and I'm trying to tone up more. I've noticed as I've added additional cardio and such that I'm more hungry. How do I evaluate my goals through SparkPeople to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients?
