Up at the top there's a button labeled "Tracker Options." It brings up a dropdown menu where you can turn the meal plans on and off, add new categories, or change the individual details of the nutrition features you want to track.

I need to change my meal plan but don't know where to find the options to choose from or how to change the meal plan once I find the options. Can someone please help me! Thanks!
