Use the Quick Tracker on the MY Fitness page, you can just enter the number of minutes in there.

If you know how many calories you're burning, you can click the link near the search box to manually enter calories burned. If you just want to track the minutes, you could do that from your Quick Tracker found at the lower left of your Start page.
