Every little bit of moving makes a difference. I wouldn't do it in place of a "real" workout, nor would I count it, but I'd encourage you to continue doing it! You could also do leg lifts while at your desk, and maybe the occasional tricep dip on the edge of your chair. Arm circles?
Ok since I have a dreaded DESK job it is hard stay moving all day....Since I have my own office and radio I started to do some chair dancing while I work. Do you think that chair dancing lol burns enough calories to make a difference? Just curious
