So I have a VERY difficult time going walking, regular aerobics, or any type of dance because of my back pain. I have to be very careful while exercising not to injure myself. So, I discovered chair exercises and Paul Eugene's Chair aerobics and am loving it. I can definitely feel my heart rate up and the burn in my muscles.
Does anyone know if putting these in the tracker as low impact aerobics is the way to go or is there a better way to track it? I can't seem to find calories burned for this anywhere! Thank you!
