That was a great question - thanks for raising the issue!

That's what I was thinking - thank you! It is a lot of cardio movements and basically non-stop moving of your legs and arms for the full time. I also checked out Coach Nicole's Seated exercise and the calories burned compared to that and the exercise was about the same intensity, so I'd say I'm on track! :) Thanks!

Hi,

I think using the low impact aerobics option would be the way to go if they are cardio based exercises. If you have access to a heart rate monitor, which tracks calories burn, you can use that as an option and manually enter in the calories burn.

I hope this helps!

So I have a VERY difficult time going walking, regular aerobics, or any type of dance because of my back pain. I have to be very careful while exercising not to injure myself. So, I discovered chair exercises and Paul Eugene's Chair aerobics and am loving it. I can definitely feel my heart rate up and the burn in my muscles.

Does anyone know if putting these in the tracker as low impact aerobics is the way to go or is there a better way to track it? I can't seem to find calories burned for this anywhere! Thank you!
