That being said. I was watching Dr. Oz and he came out with this "holy grail" thing for losing weight. Stating that it blocks the forming of fat cells and gets rid of the ones you already have. It was with something called Garcinia Cambogia. Do you all know anything about this?

I am still going to eat healthy and exercise and I do plan on making this a life choice but just want to lose more than 2 lbs a week

I agree with JENNIK2. And truly, these folks are talking from experience as to the healthiest ways to keep the weight off. Now, that's not saying that IF you do lose more if won't accept it during weigh in! Just please be careful, don't fall for scam methods of quick weight loss. We care.

The tracker will only let you lose 2 pounds a week because that is the most that they say is safe and healthy. Also, they want it to be a lifestyle change, where you eat healthier not just a crash diet to lose a lot of weight fast.

Okay, so being new at this and all but I tried putting in my goal and it won't let me. It says that I can only lose 2lbs. a week but what if I want to lose more than that. Can't it just tell me what I need to do to accomplish my exact goal or can one of the Coaches come on and tell me what I need to do to accomplish it?
