Wow! Four years ... I know you're right, the journey goes on and on. I will always have to work at this, keep my attitude right, measure and weigh and watch out for slippage back into the old habits. Way to go, YOU! Thanks for the inspiring post!

I have been on this track for 4 years now. It only took me one year to get my weight where I wanted it to be, but my journey is not over! I have been learning how to HEALTHY! and I am continuing to learn everyday. New recipes, new exercises.....a new me! I did not have the support of family when I started this journey, they all laughed at me, when I would work out, or measure out my food portions....guess who's laughing now!!
It's not the Destination, but the journey getting there that counts!
