I swam 1 hour without stopping! Hard to believe but I am enjoying all this exercise! I feel like a new man!

Every little bit counts, congrats to all of you. I too have lost 7 inches and into new jeans 2 sizes smaller. Life is good.

My rolls are getting smaller! yes, that's not exactly breaking news-worthy, but I can SEE the difference!

Ok, so the weigh in wasn't as good as I hoped. I did lose 1.5 lbs, but I shrunk 2 inches off my waist and hips! Yeehaw!!!!

Crazy Results....in just over 5 weeks I ran 3 miles without stopping on Friday, and last night I swam for 47 minutes (66 laps) without stopping!!!!!

Looking forward to Monday's weigh in and Measurement day!!!!!

My work out pants almost fell off walking on the treadmill at the gym...had to pull them up several times..time to chunk those and wear the smaller ones emoticon

I can't believe that when I joined 6 weeks ago I couldn't even get through a 15 minute workout and now six weeks later I did 3 - 1hour sessions in WII. Since I can't get out to a gym WII is the only thing I have available and because of medical problems all I can do at this point but THREE HOURS. WOW YEAH ME emoticon

I have really been craving sweets, and although I wanted to go to the store and buy some cookies, I instead just got a granola bar. Only 90 calories and the craving is now gone :)

That's fantastic. I'm glad you shared your progress about your walks. Such practical results are worthy of BIG recognition and inspire me to get out there and simply try, even on days when some medical issue makes it seem more challenging. It's wonderful the way you shared about feeling better when exercising and wanting to do more. That's a real inspiration for me. emoticon -- Mary in Kansas

I have noticed I am not immediately getting winded when I go for walks...which Was a problem for me. I even went walking when it was chilly the other morning and because I didn't get winded and start sucking in the cold air so hard, my asthma did cause any problems. YAY! Oh and because I'm feeling better when I do exercise, I want to do more!

One of the best things for me: getting to clasp my hands behind my back, extend them out & raise to my shoulders for a good stretch.
Couldn't do that when I was heavy!!

I bought some new shirts about a month or so ago. They are now quite loose on me!

Also, I noticed the first signs of TOM this morning, but still showed a loss of 1.8 lbs over the past few days! Usually the scale doesn't move this close to TOM.

Keep up the fantastic work everyone! We got this!
