Yup! Cauliflower pizza crust! There are several recipes in Sparkrecipes for it. I was thinking if broccoli would work too. As I mentioned, I have seen recipes using spinach in the same basic recipe. emoticon

Yes! It is not bad! Also I found a recipe using spinach--going to try that one next!
