Please remember working too hard will not get you in better shape faster. Your heart and lungs can only respond at a certain speed. Too much work will only hurt yourself. Find a happy medium to push without pushing over the edge.

Please know that starting slowly and working up is safer and will keep you motivated..getting too sore or having an injury because you push too hard is frustrating!! That said..if you know you are fit enough thats great!! If you havent exercised in a long time its always good to get a docs clearence!! Good luck....keep moving!!! Holly

I had no idea how out of shape I am until after the first session of cardio exercise today. Will be doing this one twice a day.
