I play soccer and basketball 4 days a week.

Thinking of adding something for the weekend though. Maybe boxing or something.

I do about 60 minutes/day 7 days/wk. I also do strength training for 30 minutes/day 6 days/wk splitting up my body parts so I wk each muscle group twice a week. I also do Kick-boxing, spin, yoga, pilates, Zumba, and stretching one day a week each to mix things up.

I walk now, mostly. But I am getting my hands on an elliptical trainer and in the spring I want to start running. That will be 1 year after my ankle fracture so I am hoping it will go well. I also box.

I do about 90 minute/9mile runs. But I do it with extra weight, when I break the 9 minute mile marker I add more weight to slow me down again...currently I carry an extra 50 lbs...

you guys have me beat, i'll run 5 miles twice a week and then 10+ on a Saturday. but I don't really have anymore weight to lose.

currently I am doing 100 mins cardio 5 days a week i will work up to 150 mins which i hope the will burn 3000 cal per day. I'm also doing weight training 5 days a week for around 30 mins a day. once I have achieved my target i will drop it to 30 mins 3 times a week cardio and around 70 mins 4 times a week weights.

For the guys here. On average how much cardio do you do each day/ workout?

Right now I am focusing more on cardio and do about 60 minutes each day and then 20 minutes lifting. Eventually as my cardio improves I will change over to maybe 30 or 45 minutes cardio and more lifting to attempt to build mass.
