I'm debating whether to go today (day after a rough strength session) or if I should go tomorrow (or will the doms set in and be horrible?). We shall see :)

Current goal:
-8 pounds (32 total) by October

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

As for me, 30 minutes jogging, 30 minutes walking at a steep incline on the treadmill. emoticon

None yet... but I have a 60 minute kickboxing class in about 1 1/2 hours!

I did 20 minutes on the Gazelle when I got home from the (hour long!) gym session. :)
