I just completed the Cardio Challenge Workout Combo on Coach Nicole's Cardio Blast DVD. The combo is 10 minutes of 80's Cardio, 10 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing, 10 minutes of Hop to It, and 10 minutes of Cardio Bootcamp. I'm so proud that I made it all the way to the end! It was an awesome workout. According to my tracker, the 40 minute combo helped me burn more than 460 calories! It also has a great warm up and cool down. You guys should check out this DVD!
