Wow, what a great response! Good to know the range, some of the other low carb programs out there have such extremely low ranges, it was a little confusing. True, good carbs vs bad, big difference. Have been slowly phasing out most processed foods, and focusing on a healthy carb balance. It's easier than you might think.
Basic healthy eating recommendations are: 45% to 65% of calories eaten should come from carbohydrates. 20% to 35% of calories eaten should come from fat. 10% to 35% of calories eaten should come from protein
The number of grams you will need will be based on the number of calories that are right for you to keep the balance. Here is an article that breaks the ranges down by calorie level.

The Spark experts state that you should get at least 120 grams of carbs per day, as a minimum. They also state that you should really focus on the type of carbs you are eating, more than the amounts.
Good carbs, such as are in fruits, whole grain breads, and many other unprocessed foods are "good carbs". On the other hand, the simple carbs, such as white bread, white flour, and processed pastries are "bad carbs" and should not be included in your diet.
When I had GD my endocrinologist told me that carbs are essential for many functions in the body, so I had to have at least 150g a day. I find that when I am between 150-250 a day I am loosing weight at a good rate.
I am however staying away from simple carbs though, so there is no room for white flour, potatoes, white rice or sugar in my diet. I also limit my fruits to 75g daily.
Spark does not endorse a low-carb approach, so Spark's minimum is a lot higher than that.
If you set your goals to get a 1200-1550 calorie range, you will see the lowest carb range spark provides. I'm not sure what as I'm not using the tracker right now. I think it's around 220 or so at the low end...?

min intake varies from how many calories you in take ... also according to any special needs you might have diet wise ... as i being diabetic and having to watch what carbs you take in.
I take in a min of 150 grams of carbs a day, upwards of 300 a day ... for me when I fall below the 150 grams I find that I have more issues with my levels staying within range - but I also eat a lot of complex carbs (carrots etc) so a higher carb value isn't necessary bad it all depends on the type of carb you take in with the amount of fiber it has.
