The nutrition tracker has made me very aware of how many carbs and how much salt I've been eating. I'm beginning to think just breathing results in carbs and salt. I need to read labels to find lower salt and carb items, but "fruit" - can you imagine - "fruit" puts me over the top even for breakfast.

Any suggestions on low carb/low salt stuff?
