Either that, or hit change nutrition goals at the bottom right. Both take you to the same page.

I dropped my carb down to 0-50, and that stopped all the warning messages. If you set new goals.. weight loss in a specific amount of time... it will reset, so I would put in your goals, and then change the macronutrient ratios to what you want.

I chose a long term weight loss goal, so I wouldn't have to worry about this for a while. Changing the amount of exercise drastically can have an effect too.

If you go to your nutrition tracker, at the top you'll see a "tracker options" button. Click there and select "change diet settings from the dropdown menu. From there you can manually adjust your carb range. Just keep in mind that any time you change something about your goals, that range will automatically default back to SP's recommendations and you'll have to change it again.

Hope that helps,
